Issuing the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate*

I authorise the Support Association Town Band Buchen e.V. to collect payments recurrently from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my bank to pay the direct debits drawn by the Support Association Town Band Buchen e.V. to my account.

Note: I can request a refund of the amount debited within eight weeks, starting from the date of the debit. The conditions agreed with my bank apply.
